HOW IT WORKS

BOOKING

DELIVERY

Use the calendar to choose your hire dates. The start date should be the day you’d like your item to arrive.

The minimum hire period is 5 days, and you can book extra days at half the daily rate.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for most deliveries. 


You’ll receive full tracking details on the day of dispatch. For larger items sent via Parcelforce, an hour-long delivery window will also be provided on the day of delivery.

RETURN

EXTENSION

Small items include a prepaid returns label and can be repackaged and dropped off at any local Post Office.
Larger items will be collected by Parcelforce.

Please ensure your item is dropped off or ready for collection within 3 working days.

If you need to extend your hire period, simply contact us through the form, live chat, or by phone, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.

DAMAGE AND LOSS

DEPOSIT

Any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear must be reported to us as soon as possible.


In the event of loss or theft, you must notify both us and the Police, and provide us with any relevant incident details or reference numbers.

Higher-value items may require a refundable deposit, which will be clearly shown during checkout.


All deposits are fully refunded once the item has been safely returned to us.
